WARRANTY
Suucokids provides 3 years (1+2) warranty to all our ergonomic tables and chairs from the date of receiving the products.
Suucokids warranty covers:
– Missing parts and or accessories at the time of delivery
– Manufacturer defects at the time of delivery
– Mechanical parts (height lifting mechanism, hydraulic gas lift)
– Table frames and chair frames
Suucokids warranty does not cover:
– Natural wear and tear of the materials used
– Damages caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, flood, fire or other acts of natural and external causes
– Failure to adhere to relevant self-assembly manual instructions provided
| Faulty/ damaged/ missing items upon receiving Please inform our installer immediately or contact us via WhatsApp/ platform chat or email with supporting image or video within 3 days, we will arrange a replacement or repair trip. |
| During 1st year – Warranted spare parts and/or accessories will be provided by Suucokids. – Delivery will be at Suucokids cost. – Labour cost of $30 shall be borne by customer if required an installer to be on-site. |
| During 2nd & 3rd year – Warranted spare parts and/or accessories will be provided by Suucokids. – Delivery cost of $20 shall be borne by customer. – Labour cost of $30 shall be borne by customer if required an installer to be on-site. |
Limited warranty:
- Suucokids reserves the rights to determine whether a benefit under this warranty may be claimed and decide whether a component should be repaired or replaced.
- Any repair or replacement under this warranty is limited to the defective part or material only.
- In the scenario where Suucokids determined that a benefit under this warranty can be claimed, the cost of repair and replacement of the defective part or material shall be borne by Suucokids.
- Replaced parts may vary in colour and texture to the original.
- Warranty will end immediately if the product becomes defective as a consequence of misuse or lack of proper care and maintenance, or commercial use.
- This warranty only applies to the original purchaser only who may not assign or transfer any benefit conferred by this warranty and a person who is not the original purchaser shall not have any rights to benefit from any of these terms and conditions.
