DELIVERY AND ASSEMBLY
Packaging:
Suucokids’ products are mostly packed flat in carton boxes for easy transportation. All components, accessories and basic tools are included in the box.

Delivery:
- Delivery lead-time:
For ready stock items: 3 to 7 working days after order placed.
For pre-order items: 2 to 3 weeks, unless otherwise stated. - Our customer service shall contact you through call/sms/whatsApp to schedule the delivery date and time slot within the first 3 working days.
- Delivery is free for 1st scheduled delivery.
- $50 shall be charged for re-delivery if 1st scheduled delivery failed due to customer’s end.
- Additional $10 per floor per set shall be charged for non-lift accessible unit.
Assembly:
- For non-assembly order: an installation manual will be provided during the delivery.
- For assembly order: assembly shall be done on-site or pre-assembled from our warehouse depending on product models.
- Should assembly service be required after the delivery is made, on top of the installation fee (of relevant products), additional $30 of transportation fee would be applied.
